I just went to see if the servers are back up and encountered the patcher. The servers aren't up, but it looks like the patch is up if you want to get your client patched before the servers are back up.

The blue bar never moved for me. It just closed the patcher window that appears in 2 mins. It simply finished it in one move :D Next thing i knew tada! it was done!
