Didn't really know where else to ask, so I'll make a thread!

Why can I not buy hats? Is it because I didn't start with one or something?

Hats are accessories, so they're in the accessories section of the makeover place. If you mean from player shops then, as accessories you need to buy a ticket that unlocks them, rather than an item it's self.

If you go to the makeover shop, they have some free hats. c:

At character generation, the hats and accessories are free, and most of them change colors automatically when you change outfits~
