Getting weird box at log-in

I've tried putting in my fun points code and my password. I have no idea what this is. Left button gives me an error code, right button brings me to main menu, bottom button gives me a different error code.

The bottom box is re-send authentication e-mail

check your email, copy and paste that into it, and it's not the code from fun points it's verifying if you are the account owner because of an IP change.
