Problem downloading the game :(

The game is completely downloading, then the bar starts over again this time going much faster. At 59.8% it stops and a box pops up. All I can read is something about c drive where game is saving. I have to exit out and it starts loading the game all over again.
Can someone please help me?

It says "Please wait, formatting C drive..."
