i am tryin to help a friend download pso2 and when he launches his game he gets a pop up then the game closes if i post a screen shot can some one tell me what it says?

That's a crash error...
My brother's computer had the same message when he tried the game. The file check option detected nothing wrong and we tried with administrator rights to no avail.

Put some computer specs? might be system requirements. and Try running as administrator. and run a file check in the launcher (third option i believe)

You could try. but i would suggest downloading from scratch. As we tried the same thing and nothing worked.
