Really need help asap! Regarding AC

hi i just bought 1000 webmoney points but when i login to the sega site to add the AC im stuck on entering a japanese address.

i registered to tenso and got a japanese address but i keep getting this error when i try to input info: http://i.imgur.com/MmwKl.jpg

sorry for multiple posts but i narrowed down the problem to the english name. for some reason whatever english name i write i still get the error. does anyone know how to fix this?

edit: i fixed it! it turned out it wanted you to write your name in both hiragana AND katakana.

From reading about an issue similar to yours it seems you need to write your name using full-width letters.


Enter your name using up to 8 full-width characters in these styles:

Hiragana(ひらがな).
Kanji (漢字).
Full-width alphanumeric characters (ＡＢＣ)

If you did write your name in alphanumeric characters, use this (http://www.linkstrasse.de/en/%EF%BD%86%EF%BD%95%EF%BD%8C%EF%BD%8C%EF%BD%97%EF%B D%89%EF%BD%84%EF%BD%94%EF%BD%88%EF%BC%8D%EF%BD%83% EF%BD%8F%EF%BD%8E%EF%BD%96%EF%BD%85%EF%BD%92%EF%BD %94%EF%BD%85%EF%BD%92) to convert them to full-width form.

Make certain you're using the webmoney option, and not the CC option.
