A Japanese wiki had "descriptions" of these 4, and images of Megid and Sabarta have been spotted. Are there any images of Befoie and Ragrants, and does anyone know what they are like?

If I recall, these were obtained either randomly in the closed beta rarely or through exploits/hacking. Point is, they weren't meant to be there and you can't get them now :/

The roadmap gives new techs in autumn. So if anything, these will start appearing then.

I never saw images of Sabarta, but would love too and especially of Befoie too!

However I think I saw one which should be Ragrants, which looked like a lasor beam. If you played JP PSU, it looked like damgrants I believe.

Probably will get them with the big class update. Fingers crossed!

Somebody just posted a sabarta gif. It's looking pretty neat. I don't remember what thread it was in, though. Sorry.

So, I'm lost here. I come from PSO, and barely remember techs from PSU. All I remember about PSU's changes was diga existed, that's it. What's with the sa, be, etc? I know PSO had classes of simple, normal, and hard techs that were basically single-target, decent multi-hit, and good multi-hit, each functioning relatively uniquely.

Sa-zonde seems to be a status effect combo thingy. What can we likely expect from the other sa, and then from be? What's the dam prefix typically mean?

I posted it because I was bored, and saw it on the swiki during open beta once

EDIT: Though if I remember correctly the "Dam" techs in PSU were sustained "flamethrower" type things.

Oh, Dam spells probably aren't returning from PSU (they were magic flamethrowers)
Since holding the button charges, it would make it so Dam spells aren't chargeable

I actually think it would make a good change of pace for techs. Like, instead of charging them you can just maintain them longer or something.

EDIT: Infact why not take it all the way, with things like homing Nos Techs that work like homing emission, things like that would give people a reason to use builds that don't involve beelining for PP revival.

What was the name of the tech that shot of a ball of the element and hovered around the enemy, and blew up once you let go of the attack button? I remember it being in PSP2 and I really enjoyed it.

The NosZonde and NosMegid did that I think.

EDIT: Fixed, I had a derp moment.

"There was also a image of haxed Nosmegid"

That one. It could be easily implemented, making you wait for it to charge before releasing the button to cause damage (In PSU, there was a minimum delay much like the current charging time anyway)

Edit: Kondi I would bother you incessantly but you're not on chat programs

They could probably do it. Just have it so instead of holding at the charge, you start spewing whatever element you have selected while draining PP. Then the only issue is our eyes frying from all the light effects.

I think Metroid Prime 3 had a system where you could charge certain beams, but one of the beams would become a flamethrower when charged. It's been a long time, though. I can't say with certainty if that's exactly how it worked. It may have consumed missiles or super missiles to do?

Bioshock 2 also had streaming plasmids, which functioned the same way.

I really think t-atk should raise PP, like MST did TP in PSO. Right now S-ATK has a use for rangers with gunblades (lol), and R-ATK has a use for hunters with gunblades (not as lol but still kind of lol), and both have a use for forces with gunblades (lol), but T-ATK is direly useless and inaccessible on everything but forces.

Just make the bonus itty bitty. Like, 1% of t-atk.

That would probably mess up the balance, and we don't know how the sub classes and maybe the new classes (if they are different things) will change things around.

One thing is for sure, though: if Ragrants is the huge beam of light, bare-hand casting is going to be fun.

One thing is for sure, though: if Ragrants is the huge beam of light, bare-hand casting is going to be fun.1. Get Ragrants

2. Get Carina Mag. Combined that is 200% laser

3. Find 3 other people who have done steps 1 and 2.

4. Find ragne and break all of her legs.

5. chain all 4 PBs and aim them at ragu-neechan's exposed core. This will be 4 lasers each firing 4 times as long. 1600% laser.

6. Everyone uses Ragrants. 2000% laser! Preferibly with this song playing

Is there a cap for how many people you can chain PBs with because if there isn't that's 13200% laser and I am perfectly ok with such an outcome.

Well bosses can already be killed in less than a minute, either way.

May as well have it happen in 5 seconds.

Good then, Zan-Boomerang, the majority of the Megid spells, and the return of Damgrants satisfies me. Some techs have a similar appearance to Diverse in a way, so if one of them does siphon PP it's all the better.

I'm sure Zan-Tornado is going to piss a lot of people off though.

Providing wind techs never actually grab, but only redirect like Other Spin, wind techs will be the best things since sliced Jesus. Every hybrid force class will be fun as hell. Every force will be great to have, even if they never heal. I eagerly await it.

That's how I think they'll work too, but one seemed like a knock down, and the tornado looked like a knock up. Which will be useful because as I said before, Forces really lack in ways to do that without a gunslash.

That look like Rabarta in PSU version.

And by description, Ragrant here is look like Damgrant in PSPo2 version. (PSU version is more similar to vacuum ball instead of laser)

Does anyone know if these techniques are going to be released on a quest-by-quest basis like Marlu (completion of tasks) or randomly dropped from monsters? Nice to see some ice, wind, electric, dark and light attacks though ^^
