I keep missing emergency events. How do you know when they will appear?

As title says, does anyone know when they appear? is it random or is it scheduled? how many times a day/week etc. thanks

you can know 15mn before than one will come out as the radio girl tell it and the lobby go to caution mode
but except that...

They usually pop up on your screen, when the girl on the intercom starts speaking.

aside those 15 mins warning, seems there's also at least 2 hour delay for "taking break" ... not sure thought since sometimes seems more... but there's always at least 2 hour after, no hour in row event

well... we really need the real schedule for this...

Get the english patch, when you see the message about a large scale operation, or about darkers getting close to the Arks fleet finish your current quest, and then wait at the quest counter.

It's random. The game gives you a 15 min warning before the event.

I really wish they gave more than 15 minutes warning. I've missed so many of these because of it.

From my observation, the emergency event never activates during the ranking event.
