Thank you for holding the event, the results are really pleasing in general!


Raz - flawless color-coordination between character and background, elegant pose;

Leroy - great and witty use of camera angle, head-cam and background (flower theme); a unique and excellent way of presenting the character.

Vashzaron - Chose the perfect stage to showcase his character's theme (a shortcoming of Titan a.e.), and while the presentation of his character in terms of camera angle is rather straight-forward it gives him a rough touch that fits very well. Oh well, he also is simply hot <3 /slips

Atlus - Endearing color scheme and the background (snow-covered mountains) as well as the positioning right between the two flower beds show the dedication that went into this screenshot. I like seeing passion, this has it. Great composition.


The rest of the characters honestly is rather bland in terms of presentation as far as my opinion goes; that along the broad use of the suit is slightly disappointing. I also can hardly believe the judges did not arrange the characters in a certain order, already.

This is a close one and I yet am torn between Leroy and Atlus. I wonder which of the two will get my vote?

Indeed. It's all about how you bring the whole outfit together. The character's look is just as important as the clothes they're wearing.

There certainly are more pieces of clothing available in the game than we got to see in this contest. One basically had two ways to go about designing this contest:

1. Pick the entries of the best quality, disregarding what clothes they are sporting; this will
end up in a lack of clothing variety but could result in many high-quality shots;

2. Pick the best entry for every clothing set available; this will result in a high clothing variety but has the risk of you presenting some mediocre or plain bad shots.

It depends on what you lay focus on, but truthfully most entries presented here are just not very good compared to the first four. If less characters were presented I expect you would have removed the latter boring entries; then my complaint about the suit being too present would be null to begin with. But you picked a few excellent ones (Raz, Leroy, Vashzaron and Atlus) and that is one thing that matters and you got absolutely right.

Anyway, I think all the participants are good and in their own way creative, even if a lot of them wear the same outfit. Because if you look beyond the outfit and look at the character as a whole you would see all the different and unique looks everyone has.

Come on, there really really is no need to apologize. It's funny they just happened to be ordered like that, haha. Personally I think it is best to decide among the judges which entries are their personal favorites, and then evenly distribute them among all the contestants. But those are just my cents on that.

Please don't take me as a killjoy, I ended up enjoying this little event much more than I initially thought. Your own presentation and graphics of the event helped a great deal, too!


I think it is very rude and uncalled for to say this. Not is it only discouraging but could also be hurtful to the people.

You are acting like I attacked their characters or even them personally; neither of which I did. Look at the entries other than the afore mentioned four and honestly tell me that they put a lot of effort into the way they present their characters or the way they took their photo (playing with angles, etc.).

I never even mentioned the looks of any character, which all are absoutely fine. The parts in bold is what I found lacking concerning them and rightfully so. Those guys probably just entered the contest for the fun and the giggles but did not really put any effort into it like Leroy and Atlus and to some extent Raz and Vash did and that is fine. But even they themselves won't claim that they have done something worth mentioning with their character presentation.

I just tried to give Tenebris some feedback, please do not make more of it as it is.

I've seen him ingame so I can tell his char has a quite unique look. The area adds a very supernatural feeling to it, sadly it also made it harder to see his character. But overall a nicely done shot

Besides that he shares the same name with my father this char is really interesting. He made me think of Riley, but probably only because i watched boondocks lately o.o The darker colors in the clothing go well with his darker skin :)

You guys remember when I said that my favourite isn't even in the top 10? O: Well here he is. What makes him my fav is the creative way of designing this and and the way of taking the screenshot. He has the look of a space harlequin. The masks makes it very mysterious since it hides what he really is. About the posing I really loved how the parrot looks like he is sitting on his arm on that. You people could think different about it but thats "my winner"^^
