What Grind Percentage Depends On?

One +10 weapon goes to 160% while another only to 150%. I know there are some support items which can increase this amount, but I don't recall ever having/using such items and yet I get different results when grinding. Why is that?

Rarity. Common items (1-3 star) get 150%, uncommon (4-5) get 160%, and rares get 175%. No more complicated than that.

Units from 1-5 stars go to 140% by the way. Not sure about rare units since I've never tried to grind them.

I can see 12* weapons going up to 200% and 15* ones going up to 300%.....but imagine the needed grinders for that? 5 for 12*s and maybe 10 for 15*s *dies*

And then....we will end up with -10 equipment!!!! Our own gears will have nerfed ATK power because we suck at grinding.

My Vol Dragon armor is at 140% at +10 as well.
