use english to kana converter (http://www.sljfaq.org/cgi/e2k.cgi) to get your name in kana and use in both namefields is my tip

Yep, just did this myself about a hour ago.

Though annoys me as I get a extra £1.50 tacked on from my Bank for an oversea transaction, which adds up real bad.
