Troubles launching the game

Hello everyone, I don't know if I'm the only one having this problem but I can't launch the game, I'm getting an error103 about half-way when I'm uploading the game or doing the file check.

I checked on the forum and downloaded Hotspot shield but it still doesn't work. Anyone has an idea? I read it's something about IP adress (?), since I'm not at home right now, might that be a problem?

As shown here, just means u got disconnected from patching

Well, I did a little searching before since it's not the first time it happened to me and I read someone used hotspot shield and it worked like a charm. (maybe it was for error102, I might be mistaking)

well unless his isp is horrible with connecting to pso2 horribly
i think hotspot is more useless than without in this connection issue
