Best way to go about finding a team?

Hello, I just started playing this game last week and I noticed the social population here doesn't seem to be active(compared to pso GC 10 years ago >_<)

What's the best way to go about looking for a group of players to play with and is there a designated board for teams recruiting? Feel free to invite me to yours on here!
