I've googled in all sorts of different ways and have yet to find anyone mention what the maximum values on this file are.

Draw = {
ShaderQuality = true,
Shadow = {
Quality = "middle", =====>What command is highest here? 'Highest'?
},
Display = {
ShadowQuality = 5, =====>Is 5 the highest?
ReflectionQuality = 5,
DitailModelNum = 100,
},
Function = {
Blur = false,
LightGeoGraphy = true,
Reflection = true,
LightShaft = true,
SoftParticle = true,
Bloom = true,
Depth = true,
LightEffect = true,
AntiAliasing = true,
},
TextureResolution = 1, ====> Is 1 the highest?

I just want my in game character to have the textures and shading shown during character creator. Also I would like to force AA and Anisotropic Filtering but I dont know what compatibility modes I need on Nvidia Inpector.

All in game GFX settings are maxed except blur because I hate vaseline in my games.

You just might be interested in this page, makes that a lot simpler: http://bumped.org/psublog/phantasy-star-online-2-pre-open-beta-site-and-download-begins/

As for AA forcing and Anistropic filtering I can't help you there.

If you're using a Nvidia card.
In order to force AA, the Nvidia control panel doesn't work, you'll have to use Nvidia Inspector to Force AA
http://downloads.guru3d.com/NVIDIA-Inspector-1.9.6.6-download-2612.html

And use this setting

I personally recommend "0x004412C1" for anti-aliasing; it's faster.

For ambient occlusion, see the link in my sig. Also, if you go this route, you may want to enable LAA (again, see my sig).

what is considered best GFX ?

These are my screen captures they maybe a bit big in file size... personally I think PSO2 looks great in some areas and others need a bit of work.. but so far I am happy with what I have.

Well the game's lighting system is kind of wonky, and the shadows are really..not that detailed.
It's AA is also not that good.
For best screenshot, the ingame "movie" with your character seems to provide the best lighting and effect.

So have any of you actually tried this? I'm curious to see if I can get better FPS with the same lvl of AA that I have now.

Sorry for the double post but man do I wanna give a big thanks to Ztrusticae. Your AA method does infact increase performance by quite a lot! Using Sizustar's method gaved me slowdown in many places, but with your method the game runs really smooth!

Hell, even feels like it runs smoother than when I had the normal crappy in-game AA! Now i'm running the game with AAx8 and SSx2 and it's running great.

Thank you again. I can def say that it does give you way more performance atleast for me! Def give it a shot Sizustar.

Trying Ztrusticae's thanks for all the suggestions. My only gripe with the graphics right now is the big difference between texture quality while creating a character and in game. The shading on the face also looks really low quality on my end even with everything cranked all the way up as far as I know

http://i.imgur.com/xMVm8.jpg

Face looks flat and textures dont look high rez

Unfortunately, lighting in a number of areas is just really, really poor and does a bad job of representing the artwork. Just something you have to deal with.

Fortunately, there are areas in the game with beautiful lighting... just none quite as nice as the character creation.

I think the ingame "movie" offer the best lighting, and Shop block.

Thanks to anon at 2ch.
He did a comparision of the different light source available ingame.
