Item with No Classes?

I just found a weapon with that little red icon in the upper right of the picture, from my understanding that means that the class I'm using cant use this item. But I'm a level 10 Force and a level 10 Hunter and a level 7 Ranger and switching between them the icon doesn't go away. I tried all 3 classes and none of them can use it... any Ideas?

You don't meet the minimum required amount of dexterity to use that item.

On a side note it is a gunslash and you can potentially use them with all classes.

It's a Vraolet. Everyone and their mag has at least 3 of them by now.

You need more ranged-attack to use it.
