There is no AC scratch that gives animal ear currently.
The only way to get them now is from Player Shop.

LOL. This dude did all this work and completely missed the question. He asked you where he can get "cat ears," not how many type of ears there are in the game and if it cost any AC or not. "...free to use from start" doesn't answer the "where" question.

Ahem, although its been answered already, I'll repeat it once again to make up for this folly. It's in the Make Over shop.

Actually, no. Sizustar is mistaken. They are both fox ears, only one is a "droopy" version. They even carry the same characters =3=

Cats are dogs which are also foxes. Foxes are cats which are also dogs. You don't know how ridiculous this sounds. The only term that will group them together is "animal ears."

When the question asked on an Internet forum is not answered, no matter how valuable the answer is, it is worth a crock of shit. Here is an exaggerated scenario to help you see the case in point.

Mary was bitten by a venomous snake and has 30 minutes to seek medical attention. She quickly rushes to her car and drives to the nearest city to seek help.

Mary: "Help! I've been bitten by a Black Mamba! Where is the nearest doctor!?"

Pedestrian: "Jadeite, a rare and valuable stone, is valued at 3+ million USD per carat and today is your lucky day!

The pedestrian then proceeds to hand her a box that contained the gem. Mary died shortly after.

Although random answers can be valuable, for the most part when the question asked is not answered, no matter how valuable the answer is, it is worth a crock of shit. Here is an exaggerated scenario to help you see the case in point.

That's sort of an extreme example. He told him that they're available from the start. He doesn't have to buy them anywhere, he can just change into them on his character.

It wasn't really life or death, he helped in a bit of a vague way and then provided additional information incase he meant one of the other ears.

That's a pretty exaggerated response of an exaggerated example.
