Help with client update

i tried update my client offline with this

i tried download and paste on C:\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\data\win32
when i open launcher.exe nothing happens, client still want to update
any ideas how to update client offline/standalone? because its too big to update client, its says 3.2gb
