So i go to update PSO2 today and notice that it is no longer on my hard drive, whatsoever......Is this some sort of "virus" or something? Anyone else have this happen? :-? ^^;

No idea, I'd make sure you aren't being backtraced though.

You could have uninstalled it by accident - a few have done it before.
