First three are defense units, press F6 to equip them. The last one is Moon Atomizer, you can set it on your subpalette (F7), and then use it to revive people.

In case you're not aware, there's an English patch for the game that translates a large portion of it. I'm not using it myself, so I can't tell from the screenshots if you're already using it.

I don't use the English patch, unless its released by sega I won't be using it.

It doesn't translate the item names anyways. Those are server side or something.

then are you planning to ask almost everything ? ^^; since you don't know basic item such as defense unit...

go to bumped.org , the guides there are very helpful

That's true, but it translates the "equip armor" menu which he could have clicked on and seen what those items were. It'd also probably answer quite a few of the other questions he's sure to ask sooner or later.

If you couldn't even work out that those are armour/units, then you're in for one hell of a ride.

Its not being smartassness as you put it... it just there ways around it that you for some reason wanna avoid it? and then wanna come on to the forums and ask what there used for...

kinda hard to help someone who won't help themselves

..then why are you playing a game you can't understand? Why would you go through all the trouble of setting it up in Japanese and you have no idea whats being said?

Why ask questions that people have taken measures to solve purposely for the english players enjoyment.

...gtfo...dl the patch or wait for the na version...

I don't see what's wrong with C146 Cobra not wanting to use an unofficial patch to play the game. Technically it is against the TOS to modify the game data, so he/she's well within their right to want to avoid it.

At any rate, KarazyKid provided the google spreadsheet with a bunch of translations and woosh has mentioned bumped.org. A mix of the two should get him/her through a lot of future questions.

yep and those are the info that I'll be using, I wasn't including Sp-24 or Krazykid as being smartasses.
