Item quickbar question

hi everyone, while I was mashing random buttons a bit ago, I seem to have accidently'd my quickbar thing, and it's stuck on 2

how do I change it so I can get to the other items/skills?

G moves it to the left, and H moves it right.

If you are using a gamepad there's also a button option for that.
