Leaving a team

Once your in a team how do you leave it? Can't even remember the name of the team I am supposed to be in but its not active at all and I would like to join another more active team!

It is pretty straightforward assuming you have the english mod installed. You go to team menu after clicking esc and then there is a leave team tab. Otherwise I can't help you because I don't remember the exact order of the buttons anymore.
