Any translations for the new block list?

I'm really curious what the new block titles say. I noticed that block 30 seems to house more higher-level players, so I'm guessing they still denote level ranges, just in more vague terms than before... But they could very easily be noting play styles or something instead. Or something else completely different.

Can anyone lend a hand?
