Is there a list of all the items that I can turn into the Recycle Shop?

That would be a pretty big list. Should be all 7* or rarer AC scratch items.

Then perhaps I should try asking a different question: if 7+ star AC scratch items can be traded, is there a list of AC scratch items?

I gotten ac clothing for girl character, but the shop don't recognise them,
Does the exchange items need to be ac stuff ur character can use? My character is a guy

AC specific things only. All clothes has to be 7-star and up, it doesn't matter about gender.

You could have bought a regular beginner or outfit shop outfit instead of an AC outfit.
And there are certain outfit that cant be traded if it's stated in the description, if I remember.
