Initial download issues

I had the game already once on my cpu so i know it worked but I did a complete reboot on windows and tried to install this again and I would get 100% and it would try to verify and I would get a error message but it's all in question marks. I know it's not only my computer because it is happening on my brothers computer with windows XP on it. Would anyone be able to tell me what it is? It's ever since they change the download client that it has been happening. The older client worked fine for me.

well i fianlly got passed the initial download, but not the update keeps messing up... constant errors then i have to uninstall then reinstall to try again... I never had this issue when i put it on my computer the first time. can it be something with the servers?

No, it's not the servers. If you're getting disconnected error messages during update, click the file check button in the launcher to resume your download.
