Best ways to make meseta offline?

What are the fastest ways to make meseta offline because I've been just Doing the Ruler of The Plains to get the de Ragan figures.but I feel like I'm not getting enough meseta. Btw I'm also playing story mode so I dunno I that makes a difference. I'm also level 63

Dunno about PSU offline, but an easy way to make meseta in AOTI offline is to keep farming Love Infernos and selling them.

Absolute Zero and Terror in the Desert at the Moatoob Mission Counters are going to have the highest Meseta Rewards upon completion. They also have higher level enemies that should drop better Meseta amounts and decent items you can sell.

If you are still playing as Ethan, you're level should be high enough that you should be able to fiish Story Mode now without too much trouble.

For PSU offline I am not sure as well but of offline AOTI it is love infernos or making Crea Doubles which you can buy the boards at the shop after chapter hmm 7 or something like that.
