Anyone else having trouble getting onto the Sega site?

I bought web money today and tried to get onto the Sega site but when I enter the Hiranga it says that it failed to authenticate my info.

Not trying to insult your intelligence here for I don't know how good you are telling the hirigana signs apart from each other, but make sure they are correct. Often, it may look right to me, but I have it all wrong and have to look closely at the thing.

I finally got on. Turns out I wasn't filling in the captcha fast enough.
