Yeah, but there is also the less populated Ship 09 and Ship 10, it's your decision. Be warned though there are a lot of crazies in ship 02.

Ship 2, Block 20 is where you'll find me. There are still some cooky JPs there, but it's mostly english speakers.
I think all the crazies left after the initial surge. Things seem to of died down since then. Though, I'm missing all the pony cut-in chats.

I would agree. Compared to last month which was full of crazy lobby loiters, Ship 2 Block 20 has become pretty tame. Also since all the Blocks became General, the JP players who decided to hang out in Block 20 also helps a more friendly and cooperative atmosphere. We arent hiding in each corner trying to avoid each other now because of the cultural barrier, and less crazies, people became more approachable and friendly.
