I'd purchased (but not triggered) a Full Premium Set back when the Premium Set Campaign was going on, I guess.
On 9/13/12, I found this email:

The 'google' version of this says that there is an indefinite expiration time to use the code.
So, I waited till I was set to play for a good amount of time - today.
I plugged in the codes, got a notice in Jp, and nothing in my storage areas matching the advertised items.
Could a Jp speaker take a crack at that section about expiration? Perhaps I did miss the window to call it in?
Also, I've made sure I have not already turned the code in, as I do not have any "+50%" consumables on my character, nor in any form of storage...
Anyone else have this issue?
