But in all seriousness; I wouldn't actually take that negatively; it just means your character sticks out, you're relatively well liked and well known, or....people like to mess with you.

...I'm sure it's one of the first two. :D

I'd say it's because she goes idle in front of the Visiphone (in Block 20) for extended periods of time, so finding her is the equivalent of going outside and seeing a bird. Doesn't always happen, but more often that not, you'll see one.

The last two were done on a completely different character I haven't told anyone about. The only clue to that third character is the 'third leg' I unintentionally noticed on the second screen.

Tonights finds were a bit dissapointin on my end, due to me forgetting the UI was off, some were not uploaded due to the dissapointment, but I did find Coatl/Shino running around in the Emergency Quest as a hunter and a Iroquois Pliskin as the lovely nurse, Sniper Wolf.
