I had a quick read of the manual on the JP players website (using google translate @_@)
In the PSE section (or was it in features...?), it mentioned that the weather has an affect of the probability of PSE occurring.
Has anyone confirmed that? And what other effects are there unique to each weather? (Apart from thunderstorm's obvious lightning bolt and fog visibility and potential lagging)
