I'm not the best person at reading kanji but I think it might say that your current settings are not supported. Maybe it has to do with the resolution? Change your settings and try again.

i appreciate any help. i tinkered with my graphix settings LOWERED them shaderless lower textures and its working now. thanks for those few words they helped.
