An armor with vol soul gives HP, attack and +20% burn chance,

Will the burn chance still exist if my weapon doesn't have burn or soul affix, and is not a fire attribute?

E.g. Weapon with freeze Lvl 3, with a vol soul on armour, I might either freeze or burn the monster?

If all 3 armour have vol soul , meaning u get + 60% burn chance

If my weapon had burn Lvl 3 and another vol soul, will it mean everything my weapon hit has 100% burn it?

Maybe you can try using weapon with no additional effect?

it doesnt mean when your weapon/armor affix-ed with vol soul, you gonna have burn installed along...

the percent synch effect in each soul, means that soul can used for buffing chance of succes when you trying to affix further your gear...
either to trying retain em (ex : burn + vol) , or re-affix it ( ex : vol + burn , which mean you sacrifice your weapon soul)

this gonna very useful for higher affixing , like example Burn 3, burn 4 or even burn 5... which without vol soul help, gonna have very low chance for succes...

happen same to other soul synched for different stat affix ... except so far i still dont know what catredransa soul synch with...

further information , read soul part : Goggle Affix SpreadSheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0Akbdpi65EON1dGRTd2hqNXBQMW1Lak9SOFJKM1Utb UE&gid=0)

note : armor never can have "status inflict" stats...
note2 : sry fail english, feel free fix it ...
