Actually bud, for some PAs the power jump is pretty big. My nova strike and rising edge got a huge power boost from 10-12, not too much from 12-14 though.

Same with Technics, just not nearly as many. The ones that do get the big bonus form the level gap of 10-11 aren't technics from rare enemies (Except for like.. Nazan) though. So I should be fine in that regard. But all the same, most rare technics the differences in level are pretty minor.

Knowing my luck I'll probably end up buying them. Never seen a rare boss after countless boss runs.

Funny you should mention the appearence rate. I miss Kondrieu's 1/10 rate, sure in a game that spawns bosses on the way to the boss it shouldnt be that easy, but god its a pain just to see any of them.
