Anyone know a good online store to buy this book? I can't find it on Play-Asia.

I haven't seen it at any importers yet, unfortunately. The only place I was able to find it for purchase online was Amazon.jp, which does not ship to the US. As it seems to be more of a special edition magazine, I'm not sure if we'll see it become available in many places.

If somebody does manage to find it, though, I'm sure the info will end up here somewhere ;)

If your country has Kinokuniya book store. they probably have it. I got it from there.

YesAsia is pretty cheap (due to their free shipping service), although it does take some time for the items to ship, unless you wanna pay up for another shipping alternative (such as EMS). I've used them several times though, and never had a problem.
