Arks Cash - Web Money Question

I want to buy AC, but like a lot of people I am from NA and it's difficult. I found through bumped.org that Play-Asia sells a Web Money card (see link above). But i am not sure how it works and there is not much info beyond purchasing.

For $34.99 I would get a Web Money 2000 - Phantasy Star Online 2 Design Prepaid Card... How much AC is on the card? 2000 AC? Is $34.99 a good price for this?

Also... If I get this, how do I transfer the AC from the card to my account?

From that site, it looks like it'll take a week to arrive.

Go here and log in with the account you wish to add AC to: https://cha.isao.net/profile_oem/OEMLogin.php?product_name=pso2
Once you're in, select "Buy Arks Cash"
Select the amount you wish to add. You don't have to spend all of your WebMoney at one time, but you can if you want.
Then click WebMoney as the method of payment.
After all that, click "Confirm" or whatever at the bottom.
Then you'll get transferred to the WebMoney site. There should be four little boxes in a row.
You can copy paste your 16-digit WebMoney code directly into the first box without having to type it all in.
Then click the big yellow button. I assume it says OKAY or PURCHASE.
After all that, you should be done. You'll get transferred back to Sega's site with a confirmation. Then check your deposite in-game. [You don't have to relog to see changes. It is instant.]

Wth!? I am using http://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/hiragana.htm and I can not do the stupid captcha with this! half the dam symbols do not exist on that. I am getting fusturated as I do not even know if I am blocked cause stupid thing keeps saying failed to validate captcha. this dam world needs to be just 1 language

Usually what I try to do is just keep reloading the page until I get a CAPTCHA that's relatively easy. But Sega's site seems to be having a few issues (http://bumped.org/psublog/pso2-jp-sega-id-registration-page-error/) so that may be related to your situation~

Yeah I was reloading quite a bit because I was unable to do the captcha, when I did it and I did exact symbols it showed.. I always got validation error :(
