Are you using the large files pack? If so, did you remove the two broken files first?

If you answered "Yes" and "No" to that question, do a file-check, re-extract the core patch, and either remove the following files from the Large Files pack:

e6944f522d7abe55a7466f62eb8933a0
or just leave the Large Files pack out altogether.

If that doesn't fix your problem, we may need more information to troubleshoot this.

The fix is everywhere in the forum.
Repair your game files, use the new patch, non large files one.

Looks like the usual one. To fix (if you're having an issue; otherwise, ignore me), please consider the following:

First, file-check the client (as always, it's the third button on the launcher).

Just so we're on the right page here, you're sure you're using the 11/13 English patch? Sounds exactly like what happened when the maintenance hit this week with the 11/7 English patch.

You seem to be using another unmentionable site.

Regardless it's the wrong one. Search for the patch's actual source not certain sites "relaying" the patch.
