Nope, only those red tickets increase the rare drop rate by a %.

And sometimes random drinks too.

Attack and HP ones increase the drop rated of untekked drops and deband drinks increase the drop rate of rare drops.
If you're aiming for untekked drops it's better to choose a HP drink, because it has less additional effects overall than the Shifta drink, so the chance for 'untekked drop rate+' is also higher.
