password issue

Trying to log in, been awhile and moved since I last played. Got a message first about needing a code (likely for logging in different ip). So I check my email get the code, but before I can put it in it exits back out to log in. Now I just get the incorrect password/id message every time -_-

Problem is, I dont know how to reset my password now since something apparently just happened to it

edit: actually my correct password is giving 649, are the servers just down?
