at the bottom.

FINALLY after pestering since the beta implication of AC shop they finally put these in.
AT 800 FUCKING AC...

500ac was where the profit was at, 800ac imo is a little steep considering current rates...
edit; also looks like there is 200% rare drop tickets in AC scratch also... interesting.

opinions?

1.5 x (small number) is still gonna be a pretty small number. I wouldn't drop 800AC on it. Same logic I put on gachas, I hate the idea of spending decent money on anything without knowing if I'm gonna get something out of it.

Get some excubes and try the 250% booster and you tell me if it's worth 1400 AC.

well, i'd rather drop 800ac into 3x 150% tickets than 6 excubes for 250% for 30 min...

but yeah, small numbers are small

I heard 250% tickets dont make a difference at all in drops, since rates are still abysmal as hell. Honestly, I dont mind them selling 200% or even 300% drop tickets in AC Shop, since I wouldnt bother buying them anyway, lol.

Kind of unrelated but does lucky rise actually increase rare drop rate by 5% or just regular item drops? The only difference i've noticed is that 6* weapons drop more.

There's not really a good way to test it. More than likely, yeah it does. Does it really affect all that much with such a low boost? Probably not...

just to get a general idea:

if the normal drop rate from a boss is 1%, having this booster makes it 1.5%. if the drop rate from an enemy is 0.01%, it becomes 0.015%.

Probably biggest ripoff in history of ripoffs.

And to answer your lucky rise question: It does not increase by 5%, it increases by 5% of the drop rate. So a 1% drop rate becomes 1.05%. What proof do I have to back this up?
--> logic. A 5% increase can only mean two things. Either it adds 5% (1% becomes 6%, which would mean uber rares would become ridiculously easy to find (every 20 oodans, a madam's umbrella would drop), Or it adds 5% of the initial %, as stated above.

Have fun being depressed.

+150% means x2.5, just so you know.

This.

And also, twice as likely is still twice as likely. Still makes things easier but not "ridiculously easy" as 6 times as likely. And sure, the Lucky Rise 5% may not do much but they could add up I guess. Still not as good as boosters that are 100%+ though.

Twice as likely is cool, until you realize it lasts half an hour and most hunts that would require a boost take in excess of a month for most people.

Like demo comets.
