Can you re-sell 7* weapons?

I have a decent amount of 7*-9* weapons I don't use anymore and I wanted to know if you can re-sell them on the player market vs NPC'ing them. Or is it when once you click yes when your about to equip it that it's no longer sellable?

7* and higher are bound to you after you equip them.

Hmm, but I see some +10 weapons in the market with perfect abilities. Are those never used before? (Referring to 7* and above weaps) so in other words, people actually make those specially to sell?

Nope. People grind and affix them themselves before selling it, so that it will sell at a higher price.
