PSO2 Registration Image Authentication

I'm currently trying to register for PSO2. With the early registration guides, there was no image authentication. Now when I try to register an account, there's an image authenticatino requirement and I'm unable to proceed from there. It's an image so Chrome is unable to translate it. Would anyone be able to help me out? I tried to google the hiragana characters it gave but they didn't work.

compare
press the character that matches the captcha
copy the output characters
and paste it into the captcha box

I personally use my character map. Also, linking that pic does nothing. It'll be different for each person that clicks the link. Trust me on that ;p.

They must have that authentication on an on/off switch, I made an alt account last week and I never ran into that.
