New Quest Counter Option?

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew what the 3rd new option was for the Quest counter. Seems like there is a check box for it, and I'm not entirely sure what it does.

the 2nd last option which says something like マッチング sets that new matchmaking addition whether or not you want to be matched with another room (via quick start) that has the same option ticked or not

Ticking it will set you to be matched with other players ticked.
What it actually toggles is whether or not you want a room that allows/bans partner characters

Actually, ticking it sets the ability to summon NPCs to off...

that's what I JUST SAID.

also that said option will automatically adjust to the room you join if you pick one manually via "Join another party"
