The best way I've figured is to go to the Wikipedia page for Hiragana. Those captchas don't seem to be anything other than Hiragana, honestly.

Either wikipedia or this here http://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/hiragana.htm should help, it was a little easier when it was katakana which was nice but they have sense changed it.

ever sense sega changed to hiragana I haven't been able to log in for AC which kinda sucks. Katakana was much easier to guess.
