redeeming code items

so i'm trying to redeem my 50% cards for the last campaign and i cant seem to find them anywhere, not in my inventory or storage, this happened again after i tried to redeem my 500 FUN points awhile back and i get nothing, can anyone tell me where they're suppose to be located at?

Go to collection storage, and then system storage.

If you don't know which ones these are:

Storage terminal> 3rd option > Last tab on the left

And make sure you're viewing all items and not a particular category (furnitures, weapons, etc)
