Help with error message

HI every time I run the game this pops up. What is themeaning and how it is fix?

It's an issue the game has with permissions.

When the game finishes updating, a message saying the update is complete appears in a blue rectangle. Before pressing the button, go to the game folder, "C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin", and do the following for each of the executables, that is, pso2.exe, pso2download.exe, pso2launcher.exe, pso2predownload.exe, pso2updater.exe:

Right click the executable, click properties, go to the security tab, in the white box, if it has 2 entries, one named SYSTEM and one with your PC username, just click OK and check the next executable.
If it only has the SYSTEM entry, click Edit, click Add, write your username in the white box, click OK, select your username in the upper box, click total control in the lower box, and it's done.

After you do this for each executable, you can click in the button in the blue rectangle, and then you must check the permissions of the executables again.
Afterwards you open the launcher, if it only does a file check for like 3~5 files or so and it doesn't do any update, you can play just play the game.
If it does an update, before pressing the button in the blue rectangle after the update is complete, you have to check the permissions again, and then, after pressing the button, you must check it again.
