Hey guys, I've been trying to tweak the graphics in PSO2 to suit my computer, but I need something that I can use to monitor my FPS while I'm in-game. I've tried Fraps, but no matter what keystrokes I put in, it doesn't display the FPS. I have also tried Overwolf, but that doesn't work either. I just need something that I can monitor with my own gameplay rather than the benchmark program.

That being said, is the benchmark program the only option I have?

I use Dxtory (http://dxtory.com/). It's pretty much a Japanese version of FRAPS, but it gives you tons of other customization options.
It also show the frame speed of your screen, as well as the frame speed of the file you're recording.

I have to fight with gameguard to get any of my programs to display FPS. But I use my overclock program & FRAPS. Just have to do mortal combat with gameguard for them to work.

This works perfectly, thank you! It does exactly what I need it to do, and eventually I may record some stuff to test it. Those recordings look pretty good.

No worries! Happy to share. Keep in mind that you'll surely need an SSD to record at 60FPS. My HDD's aren't fast enough for that and my SDD's are only 128GB each, so can only record about 20min of stuff in Full-HD 60FPS with highest quality settings. ^^'

Oh jeez, that's quite...not a lot. I'm not too surprised though. In any case, I'll have to invest in an SSD once I get a better laptop.

I went with a cheap Toshiba Satellite for college without even looking at whether or not it had USB 3.0, HDMI, or anything like that, so I kinda screwed myself. Next time, I'll have better equipment in mind!^^;
