Been getting it a lot even before the maintenance. I believe it's a some sort of graphics read error.

Its still not working for me, I restarted my computer and still the same error. Anyone by chance know the likely cause of this error? Meanwhile I'll go search the forums...

I was reading around that the latest NVIDIA Graphics drivers have been causing problems for people (310.70). Might want to downgrade just as a safeguard?
