Lost all abilities on a weapon

Now gun has no abilities, how can I re-add if at all.

When a weapon has 0 Abilities you can add one by combining a weapon with 1 ability.

The same way you lost them in the first place.

Add abilities from scratch.
One at a time.

Trying to help a friend I have not had this sort of bad luck so thought this be quickest way to end his misery, lol.

0 ability weapons can use any number of abilities in their material weapons (even different numbers) but can only transfer one and since it's an "extra" slot, success rate is always lower then usual.
