Buying AC for the first time

So I'm finally getting my first paycheck EVER and I want to spend a lot of it on this game. So what services can I use to get AC and get the biggest bang for my buck? I want to spend at most $60, maybe even $100. HECK MAYBE EVEN DISH OUT MY WHOLE PAYCHECK.

If you don't want to wait, I would recommend going through cn-usa and doing Google Checkout that way you don't need to play their verification game; although, Sutocorp is cheaper.

sutocorp dosent take long depending on what time you make a charge.

if you purchase at 1am JP and wonder why you had to wait 8hours you are a dip shit.
