How do you import pictures for display art?

you cant do that. all SAs in the game are made from scratch with shapes

You can import other symbol arts like those in the cache (i.e. SA history) folder of the SA folder to the Import folder.

In other words, you import SA's made by other people, made in-game.

You sayin' making SA's are impossible? I've done quite few that have turned out really well and it's not as hard as you'd expect. You should learn to make your own. Trust me. It pays off when you see other people randomly spamming your art.
